Briar & Main®-the patisserie was created by Alia Pierson, luxury cake designer and entrepreneur. In 2002 she began her catering journey in San Diego where she and her husband opened the city's first chocolate fountain and dessert catering business. Alia's love of pastries and design quickly turned into a full service luxury cake boutique serving clients from Washington state, Canada and Arizona. Today, she loves focusing on small desserts that bring the nostalgia of a boutique bakery.
Previously "Crumbs Cake Boutique", Alia rebranded with her sister company, Briar & Main Travel Boutique , which gives us the opportunity to be inspired by the wonderful desserts on our travels that we apply to our bakery. Sweets have always brought families and loved ones together and we feel fortunate to be a part of your special occasions.
