Briar & Main®-the patisserie was created by Alia Pierson, luxury cake designer and entrepreneur.  In 2009, her love of pastries turned into a full service cake boutique serving clients from Washington state, Canada and Arizona.  Today, she loves focusing on small desserts that bring the nostalgia of a boutique bakery.

Previously "Crumbs Cake Boutique", Alia rebranded with her sister company, Briar & Main Travel Boutique , which gives us the opportunity to be inspired by the wonderful desserts on our travels that we apply to our bakery.  Sweets have always brought families and loved ones together and we feel fortunate to be a part of your special occasions.
