Yes!  We pride ourselves of years of pastry experience and only the finest ingredients used.

are you a scratch base bakery?

Our cake and cupcakes are most delicious when enjoyed slightly below room temperature. If you plan to serve the cake on the same day you collect it from the bakery, you have the option to refrigerate it or store it in a cool area away from direct sunlight. If refrigeration is your choice, kindly remember to remove the cake 30 minutes before serving to ensure a soft cake and creamy buttercream.

Macarons reach their peak flavor when enjoyed at room temperature or with a slight chill—the buttercream becomes soft, the ganache turns creamy, and the shells maintain their delightful chewiness. To preserve their freshness, transfer the macarons into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days. For optimal taste and texture, take them out of the fridge half an hour before serving.

handling instructions

We do offer delivery in NW Tucson and Marana areas for a fee. Pickup is also available at our office location on N Oracle.  Appointments are required for curbside pickup.
