The doors to our brand-new studio are officially opening, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this next chapter with you! After years of dreaming, planning, and plenty of whisking, piping, and sprinkling along the way, Briar & Main The Patisserie finally has a home base right here in Marana, Arizona.
Our studio isn’t your typical bakery storefront; it’s a cozy, by-appointment-only space designed for dessert pickups, custom order consultations, and a little extra magic woven into your everyday celebrations.

Pre-Packaged Treats for Pickup
Each week, we’ll have a curated selection of pre-packaged desserts ready for you to grab and go. Think artisan macarons, delicate cupcakes, cookie sammies, and seasonal boxes, made fresh in our commercial kitchen and packaged beautifully for your table or gifting.
Weekly & Seasonal Specials
From monthly destination-inspired flavors (Italian pistachio, anyone?) to holiday favorites, our menu is always evolving. September kicks things off with our signature favorites, and you can expect exciting themed releases as the seasons change.
Custom Dessert Consultations
Planning a birthday, wedding, or special gathering? The studio is where we’ll sit down together to dream up the perfect cake or dessert table for your event. You bring the vision—we’ll bring the buttercream.
Gift Nook
Alongside our pre-packaged delights and seasonal flavors, you’ll also find a charming gift nook stocked with cards, candles, and select baking supplies—perfect for those last-minute touches that make every celebration feel complete.
A Dual Experience
Here’s something extra special: our studio also serves as the hub for Briar & Main Travel Boutique. While desserts are our daily delight, our roots are also crafted in unforgettable vacations. The studio reflects both worlds—travel and treats—bringing together the joy of celebration in all its forms.
When to Visit
We’ll be open Thursday through Saturday for pre-packaged pickups, with custom pre-orders available throughout the week. The studio is not a full walk-in bakery, but a sweet little spot to collect your orders, preview seasonal offerings, and connect with us directly. Our online ordering is always open.
