At Briar & Main® , we believe every celebration deserves a dessert that's as memorable as the occasion itself.
Founded by Alia Pierson, our boutique Tucson cake studio is built on more than two decades of experience in hospitality and luxury cake design. Since beginning her career in 2002, Alia has had the privilege of creating custom desserts for weddings, celebrations, and special events across multiple states, earning a reputation for beautiful craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail.
Today, Briar & Main specializes in handcrafted wedding cakes, custom celebration cakes, French macarons, cupcakes, and seasonal desserts, all thoughtfully designed and made from scratch in small batches using premium ingredients.
Our desserts are available by preorder, with pickup from our Tucson studio and delivery available for weddings, custom cakes, and select celebrations throughout Southern Arizona.
