We offer delivery for orders $50+ on certain days within 20 miles of our studio for a $25 fee. Custom and Wedding Orders, different rates may apply.

Weekly pre-order pickups are available at the Briar & Main Studio, with delivery options offered at your selected date and time during checkout.
Our studio is open to the public Thursday–Saturday from 10am–2pm, featuring a limited selection of pre-packaged treats available while they last.
Briar & Main operates as a pre-order boutique and is not a full-service retail bakery or dine-in food establishment.

Our cake and cupcakes are most delicious when enjoyed slightly at room temperature. If you plan to serve the cake on the same day you receive it from the bakery, you have the option to refrigerate it or store it in a cool area away from direct sunlight. If refrigeration is your choice, kindly remember to remove the cake 4-6 hours before serving to ensure a soft cake and creamy buttercream.
Macarons reach their peak flavor when enjoyed at room temperature or with a slight chill—the ganache turns creamy, and the shells maintain their delightful chewiness. To preserve their freshness, transfer the macarons into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze up to one month. For optimal taste and texture, take them out of the fridge half an hour before serving.
Pickup & Summer Handling Instructions:
Pickup is by appointment only at our NW Tucson/Marana studio location.
Due to the Arizona heat, please keep your vehicle cool and plan to head directly to your destination after pickup. Our cakes and macarons are made with real butter and delicate fillings that can soften quickly in high temperatures.
If you’ll be running errands or are unable to go straight home, we strongly recommend bringing an insulated cooler bag or requesting delivery when available.
To preserve the look and quality of your order:
- Keep cakes level and upright during transport
- Avoid placing on seats or in direct sun
- Refrigerate immediately upon arrival if not serving right away

Yes! We are a completely scratch-based bakery with over 20 years of pastry and hospitality experience. Every treat is made by hand using only the finest ingredients — vanilla bean paste, real butter, eggs, Belgian couverture chocolate, and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Our macarons are made locally in Tucson, Arizona, where each batch is baked, filled, and packaged by hand in small quantities to ensure exceptional freshness and consistency.
We take great pride in crafting everything in-house — from our delicate shells to our luxurious ganaches and buttercreams, made with Belgian chocolate, pure nut pastes, and natural flavor infusions.
