We currently operate out of a licensed and insured commercial kitchen. We do not ship at this time.

Our cake and cupcakes are most delicious when enjoyed slightly below room temperature. If you plan to serve the cake on the same day you receive it from the bakery, you have the option to refrigerate it or store it in a cool area away from direct sunlight. If refrigeration is your choice, kindly remember to remove the cake 4-6 hours before serving to ensure a soft cake and creamy buttercream.
Macarons reach their peak flavor when enjoyed at room temperature or with a slight chill—the buttercream becomes soft, the ganache turns creamy, and the shells maintain their delightful chewiness. To preserve their freshness, transfer the macarons into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days. For optimal taste and texture, take them out of the fridge half an hour before serving

Yes! We pride ourselves of over 20 years of pastry and hospitality experience and only the finest ingredients used. Our treats not only look lovely, but taste wonderful as well. Only the highest ingredients are used such as imported Vanilla Bean Paste, Belgian Couverture Chocolate and fresh ingredients.
