Once we confirm availability and finalize your proposal, a retainer and signed agreement secure your wedding date.

A consultation at the Briar & Main Studio or virtual visit
Design guidance and inspiration support
Final details and delivery coordination

Wedding dates are reserved with a signed agreement and non-refundable $100 retainer.
Because we accept a limited number of wedding bookings each season, we recommend reserving your date as early as possible.

Once your date is secured, we’ll begin planning your wedding cake experience.
Depending on your wedding timeline, we will schedule either an in-studio consultation at Briar & Main Studio or a virtual consultation to discuss your design inspiration, guest count, flavors, and details.
After your consultation, we’ll finalize your design details and provide your final proposal.
