At Briar & Main, our signature macarons are a little bite of magic—crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and filled with the most delightful house-made fillings: silky ganache, whipped batters, flavored buttercreams, and more. Every batch is handcrafted with care and just the right amount of whimsy.

Several of our macaron flavors are made without gluten ingredients—but please note, our kitchen does work with gluten, so while we take great care, cross-contact is possible. If you're looking for gluten-less options, leave us a note with your order and we’ll take extra care in selecting your treats!
