From beautifully decorated cakes and fluffy cupcakes to delicate French macarons and nostalgic sweet treats, everything we make is designed to bring a little extra joy to life's sweetest moments.
Our Cakes
Our cakes feature soft, tender layers paired with silky buttercream and thoughtfully chosen fillings. Each is finished by hand, from delicate piping to playful little details.
Cake Sizing
Mini: 2 layers of cake with 1 layer of filling. Perfect for smaller celebrations.
Classic: 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling. Approximately 5" tall.
Studio Signature: 4 layers of with 3 layers of filling. Approximately 7–7.5" tall.
Signature Tall: 4 layers of thick cake layers with 3 layers of filling. Approximately 9–10" tall.
Heights are approximate and exclude decorative details.
How to Cut Your Cake
Our serving estimates are based on petite celebration portions, approximately 1" × 2". For the best results, we recommend rectangular slices rather than traditional wedges. Taller cakes can be divided horizontally for additional servings.
Our Cupcakes
Little cakes, lovely details. Our cupcakes are baked from scratch in small batches, featuring soft, fluffy cake topped with generous swirls of silky buttercream and thoughtfully chosen finishing touches.

Our French Macarons
A little taste of Paris, the Briar & Main way. Our French macarons feature delicate almond shells with a lightly crisp exterior and soft, chewy center, filled with luscious buttercreams, ganaches, and seasonal fillings.
Available in an ever-changing assortment of classic and playful flavors, these pretty little confections are perfect for gifting, sharing, or savoring all to yourself.
As each creation is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are part of its charm.
Cake Care
Our cakes are best enjoyed fresh, ideally within 2–3 days of pickup when properly stored.
Storage: Keep refrigerated in the original box. For the best buttercream texture, allow your cake to soften to room temparature before serving
Serving: For clean slices, use a sharp knife warmed under hot water and wiped dry between cuts.
Leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Cupcake Care
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 1–2 days of pickup.
Storage: Keep in their original packaging in a cool environment. Refrigerate cupcakes containing perishable fillings or frostings.
Serving: Allow chilled cupcakes to come to room temperature before enjoying, when appropriate for their ingredients.
Macaron Care
Our delicate French macarons deserve a little extra care.
Storage: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days, provided the filling is suitable for that storage period.
Serving: Allow macarons to sit at room temperature for approximately 15–20 minutes before enjoying, when safe for the filling.
Freezing: Many macarons freeze beautifully in an airtight container for up to one month. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
Other Sweet Treats
For cookies, brownies, and other confections, keep treats in their original packaging or an airtight container. Follow any refrigeration instructions included with your order.
A Little Arizona Reminder
Keep your sweets away from direct sunlight, warm vehicles, and outdoor heat. Buttercream and Arizona sunshine aren't the best of friends!
Please follow any product-specific storage instructions provided with your order, especially for items requiring refrigeration.

Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Briar & Main is not an allergen-free bakery.
